Rules & Regs for the OPEN MEETING
Due to anticipated attendance and limited seating in the venue, this meeting requires tickets for entry. Tickets must be presented for entry and there is no reentry once admitted. Ticketed audience members may provide questions prior to the meeting. All questions must be provided at the meeting (using the provided form) to designated staff members who will pass questions to the moderator and the moderator will select questions to ask Senator Johnson. No other questions will be fielded from the audience. Doors open at 2:30 with the meeting starting promptly at 3pm, no late arrivals admitted after that time.
Rules, Terms, and Conditions: One ticket per person is required to be presented for entry and there is no re-entry. Additionally, no backpacks, no extra large purses, no messenger bags, no cell phone usage, no recording devices capable of either audio and/or video capture, no flash photography, no signs, no noise makers, and no outside food or beverages. Use of prohibited items or creating any distractions, disruptions, or constant heckling are considered inappropriate behavior and is inconsiderate to those trying to actually hear what our guest speaker has to say.
Inappropriate behavior will result in the offending individual(s) being removed from this meeting without warning. By attending the Wisconsin GrandSons of Liberty Open Meeting, ticket holders agree to abide by these rules, terms, and conditions. Ticket holders also agree to quietly vacate the premises if asked to leave.
