A NEW Facade for Jake's - 17th & North Avenue
Neighborhood-Level Business
Milwaukee, WI - 1634 W. North Avenue, NEW Jake's Deli.
The famous Jake's Deli has a NEW LOOK that is welcomed - signage in and out, additional employees as well as an updated menu. The business is bustling as usual with new faces and modern touches (credit card, checkout register and an expanded ecletic menu for starters).
The new managing partner, Gary Plassmeyer, is bringing in some of his exposure with Texas Roadhouse, chain with 340 locations in 46 states, with steaks, ribs and beer as its brand.
Judging from Gary's statement, "We are opening another one as we speak", says he has big ideas - some mirror Texas Roadhouse brand.
We welcome Gary Plassmeyer and his updated ideas.
We, at Milwaukee Professionals Association, thinks he exemplify the "neighborhood-level, DIAMOND in the Rough" business that is the bedrock of All Hands on Deck, WE, Not Me Initiative to "re-define", "re-brand" and "un-trap" Milwaukeeans. It is about state-of-the-art, customer care, best practices, education and technology attainment for a BOTTOM-UP Recovery Plan, said Mary Glass, Chair/CEO MPA.
