Peer-to-Peer Assessment update

APRIL 22, 2022

MILWAUKEE ||

This 2-year (2022-2024) PEER-TO-PEER Assessment will allow the population of over 500K to put all the priority items in the hands of the CORE CONSTITUENTS in the city of Milwaukee - and ELECT a 4-year mayor for Milwaukee in 2024 that will share the values that will ensure a self-sustainable life for all.

The narrative takes a look at 5 issues at the Core Constituents level of Milwaukee. Controlling their environments - city - district neighborhoods, zip codes, blocks, and addresses of residential and commercial individuals.  It will allow time for:

#1

To recognize our public and private school parents - female and male leaders of households - as the No. 1 stakeholders with the responsibility for a minor - below 18 years of age.  Proper and consistent framing of the healthy formula that includes, pre-birth, birth, and the first six years for life-long mental, emotional, social, and medical development.

WI State-law backed in State statute (895.035 Parental liability for acts of a minor child) should be a leading partner to ensure sustainability in how we grow our environments in spending our money in our annual budget and all government funding.

#2

To audit regularly for fine-tuning strategic planning discussions at all levels of public policymaking and as needed.  To put in place a Class-Action suit regularly for accountability.

Recruit statisticians, scientists, attornies, and paralegals.  Audit federal funding - especially the American Rescue Fund, CARES, and Infrastructure funding to remove Caucasian power grabbers, and do-nothing gatekeepers that are African Americans, Latinos, Asians, and American Indians.

#3

To address lawmakers' reputations in Madison through media - Wisconsin Eye, Public Broadcasting, Channel 10, and Black Nouveau for starters - of the importance of providing state revenue streams for strengthening Milwaukee which is the "gateway" for Wisconsin.

#4

To address the best use of our tax dollars and the assessment for Milwaukee at federal-state-regional-local levels - A joint effort, especially education attainment and gainful employment.

#5

To share with the common council, mayor, city clerk, city attorney, comptroller, treasurer, and the three municipal judges our expectation of how they "MUST" view their Oath of Office for services from each elected individual.

LET'S GO.

Let us hear from you (mpapublicpolicyreview@gmail.com).

SPECIAL NOTATION

MILWAUKEE PROFESSIONALS ASSOCIATION LLC/MPA-LLC has a 2-year

ALL HANDS ON DECK Peer-to-Peer Evaluation to put in check some bizarre happenings of members of the common council that are unacceptable and inappropriate for the GROW of the city of Milwaukee.

THIS IS PUT IN PLACE AN ACCEPTABLE LEADERSHIP MODEL FOR MILWAUKEE.  We already have seen the toxic leadership of JOHN OSLOF NORQUIST and THOMAS MARK BARRETT.

WE are being introduced to the "ABELE MONEY STENCH" WITH DAVID CROWLEY AND CAVALIER JOHNSON.  We are relatively sure that the next two (2) years will allow us to set sail for 2024 and the election of a 4-year mayor.

====================================

====================================

WE WILL SEE who IS VYING FOR COMMON COUNCIL PRESIDENT.  Is it Milele Coggs, Marina Dimitrijevic, or Michael Murphy?

Alderwoman Coggs has been running since the beginning of this 4-year cycle.  CAVALIER JOHNSON outpaced her and became Common Council President.  There has been a RUB.  Cavalier Johnson winning the mayoral race has further inflamed some open wounds.  Of course, there are STANDING COMMITTEE positions sought for votes.  The deluge of funds from the Abele family and Democratic funding has a different team at the table.

Then, there is Marina Dimitrijevic who also has some illusions as a cross-over from the county board of supervisors, and a candidate in the RECENT mayoral race.

WE the People will have to make sure that we command our funding resources, corral the committees and branches as well as see that those who break the law are quickly reminded of due diligence.  This includes punishment by law.

MICHAEL MURPHY, Alderman, 10th District has been in office for over 30 years.

He has taken over the Finance & Personnel Committee, Acting Mayor, Art Committee, a Drug program for Caucasians.  He created when he became Common Council President a few years back, a NEW playground special project that he routes resources to.

He is MISSING from assisting African American businesses on the west side and around   BID 39.  Where are you MICHAEL MURPHY, Alderman, 10th District?

What kind of drug programs are you assisting the African American area with?

Of late, MICHAEL MURPHY, Alderman 10th District has been a disgraceful charter officer of our city holding a leadership position on the Finance and Personnel committee.  Both he and Scott Spiker, Alderman, 13th District Vice-Chair have just been awful.

They are failing their OATH.

They are DISGRACING our city and the Finance & Personnel Committee.

They are failing to support our NEW City Attorney.  Their decorum has been BIAS.

Where is the "TEAM EFFORT" based on professionalism and our Mission to grow our city?

You are acting juvenile, arrogant, and OUT-OF-ORDER instead of seeing how the Finance and Personnel Committee could solve concerns.  Where is your leadership?

MICHAEL MURPHY, Alderman 10th District, has assigned to Common Council on April 4, 2022 and Held to call of the Chair 4-11-2022  File # 211948

CLICK.

====================

This Resolution directs the Department of Administration (Sharon Robinson) - Intergovernmental Relations Division to lobby for State law permitting the Department of Neighborhood Services to hire its own lawyer to conduct its law business.

    CAN YOU BELIEVE THE BUFFOONERY OF MICHAEL MURPHY?  Who does he think is paying his salary, Erica Roberts, the city attorney, and/or any other hired person?

Then, there is BOB BAUMAN, breaking all kinds of regs to help Caucasian power grabbers in District 4 - especially BIDS 21 and 10 to acquire Milwaukee Real Estate and FEDERAL funding.  Bogarting funds, TIDs, grants, and regs to take OUR FEDERAL FUNDS.

It is outrageous the way he and Keith Stanley-BID 10 have failed to assist African Americans, other People of Color and the Work Challenged population in DISTRICT 4. How he and BID 21, the Port District, BID 51 MICHELS - Elizabeth Weirick, Tim Sheehy, Gale Klappa, Joel Brennan, Cavalier Johnson, Tom Barrett, and others have helped him fail his OATH OF OFFICE.

His assistance with the HOP, Intermodal site on St. Paul, SEWRPC, Wisconsin Center District, THE REAL ESTATE BARONS, and the East/West BRT SCAM, a NEW city Transportation system from France that we hire folks out of the city-state-country, an EXPANSION of the PORT DISTRICT, MICHELS, and DISTRICT 51 (brand NEW - NO African Americans).  They recruited LILITH FOWLER from California.  She has been too arrogant to respond to the requests of Mary Glass, MPA-LLC.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In the last year,  two African Americans have been placed in positions of importance.  Prior, MARVIN BYNUM was part of the woodwork.  I do not remember ELMER MOORE JR. being present.  Both Bynum and Elmer Moore bring Black men's faces to the table.

Otherwise, we have members of the crony show from JOANNE ANTON Herb Kohl Foundation, TIM HOELTER Harley-Davidson, IVAN GAMBOA, TRI City National Banker and WHEDA chair, CAROLYN ESSEWEIN CONVENIENTLY finding Milwaukee projects through UW-Milwaukee Urban Design or DOA-Sharon Robinson staff, DAVE MISKY of city DCD-Redevelop Authority and JOSE G. PEREZ, Alderman 12th District.  There seems to be a CONFLICT OF INTEREST HERE.

THE HOP SCAM

BOB BAUMAN, TOM BARRETT, WILLIE WADE, NIK KOVAC, JOSE G. PEREZ SLIPPED A "FINANCIAL ANVIL" AROUND THE PEOPLE'S NECKS.  AFRICAN AMERICANS, PEOPLE OF COLOR DID NOT GET TO RIDE THE $128 million FLOP.

WHO SERVICES "THE HOP" STREETCAR?

            Transdev North America
Operations. The line is operated by Transdev, under contract to the city of Milwaukee, the streetcar system's owner. The contract goes through December 2023, covering the first five years of in-service operation, with an option for a five-year extension.
Transdev, formerly Veolia Transdev, is a French-based international private-sector company that operates public transport.

The Environmental Protection Agency/EPA has work to do to change the daily "environmental" issues around, water, lead, and LEADERSHIP that are RACE dominant.

The $Billion dollar Infrastructure fund that has been released from the Biden/Harris Administration for EPA to oversee enforcement is seen by Administrator Regan to make them a "partner" and "convenor"
The $Billion dollar Infrastructure fund that has been released for EPA to oversee enforcement is seen by Administrator Regan to make them a "partner" and "convenor"

Michael Regan was in Milwaukee in July 2021 however, he was NOT steered to lead laterals, African American families with home-running water with lead and lead in soil.

Partnerships with the state, county, city, and schools would promote policy-making and automatic excitement of enforcement due to intersectionality and competitiveness.

Where was the Health Department, Karen Johnson, Director of Health for Milwaukee in his Pulaski Park tour?  Where was the report regarding Bevan Baker ex-health Commissioner with high numbers of lead in our children and forced to resign by Tom Barrett, the ex-mayor?

Karen Dettmer, selected/referred by elected officials has been selected to join the Michael Regan EPA staff in Washington.  Unfortunately, Karen has been part of the systemic problem in Milwaukee.

She has gone to the Department of City Development, Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, and the Department of Public Works.  Yes. She has been passed around as if no one else was qualified.  She works with the Caucasian power grabbers and cronies in MMSD, DCD, DPW, and CITY HALL Milwaukee but failed to provide innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology that would lock in African Americans, People of Color, and Work Challenged Milwaukeeans.

We need clarity here.

Luther Vandross - Little Miracles (Happen Every Day) - JESUS ROSE ON EASTER DAY

SUNDAY, APRIL 17, 2022

THE WORLD || SING DEAR LUTHER.  TODAY IS JESUS'S GIFT DAY.

John 3
For God So Loved
(Genesis 22:1-10; Romans 5:6-11)
16For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him. 18Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is already condemned, because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.
Acts 10:39-40

Acts 39
39 “We are witnesses of everything he did in the country of the Jews and in Jerusalem. They killed him by hanging him on a cross, 40 but God raised him from the dead on the third day and caused him to be seen.

Smile, Jesus has Risen from the dead for ALL of us.

Bob Donovan on Cavalier Johnson's Brother's Arrest and other issues

APRIL 12, 2022

MILWAUKEE || VIDEO 4-4-2022
=========================

“For the love of St. Peter, who the hell does he think he’s dealing with? C’mon. We weren’t born yesterday” – Bob Donovan on whether Acting Mayor Cavalier Johnson has been honest about what he knew about his brother’s warrant and arrest for a shooting and when he knew it.

Former Ald. Bob Donovan is accusing Acting Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson and possibly the Milwaukee Police Department of a “cover-up” relating to the shooting that Johnson’s brother is accused of committing.

Donovan said he does not believe Johnson is being honest when he says he did not know his brother was wanted by Milwaukee police or had been arrested for the shooting until a day after the March 29 arrest. Donovan, who is running against Johnson in Tuesday’s mayoral election, also said he thinks it’s possible that Johnson knew where his brother, Allen Addison, was “hiding out.”

APRIL 5, 2022
MILWAUKEE || ballots already cast in Milwaukee as early - Milwaukee Journal Sentinel (WI) - April 3, 2022 - page A3 April 3, 2022 | Milwaukee Journal Sentinel (WI) | Mary Spicuzza and Alison Dirr; Milwaukee Journal Sentinel | Page A

As early voting concluded Saturday afternoon, more than 25,000 Milwaukee residents already had cast their ballots, including 8,500 who voted in-person at locations throughout the city, said Claire Woodall-Vogg, executive director of the Milwaukee Election Commission.
================

The staffed drop boxes were implemented following the state Supreme Court's February ruling against unmonitored ballot drop boxes. "I'm just so upset that, across the board, people are not concerned more about all these barriers to voting. There's such a concerted movement," said Howard Austin, a retired Milwaukee Area Technical College professor, as he was leaving Zeidler after early voting. "People are dying for the right to vote around the world."
