MILWAUKEE ||
The narrative takes a look at 5 issues at the Core Constituents level of Milwaukee. Controlling their environments - city - district neighborhoods, zip codes, blocks, and addresses of residential and commercial individuals. It will allow time for:
#1
To recognize our public and private school parents - female and male leaders of households - as the No. 1 stakeholders with the responsibility for a minor - below 18 years of age. Proper and consistent framing of the healthy formula that includes, pre-birth, birth, and the first six years for life-long mental, emotional, social, and medical development.
WI State-law backed in State statute (895.035 Parental liability for acts of a minor child) should be a leading partner to ensure sustainability in how we grow our environments in spending our money in our annual budget and all government funding.
#2
To audit regularly for fine-tuning strategic planning discussions at all levels of public policymaking and as needed. To put in place a Class-Action suit regularly for accountability.
Recruit statisticians, scientists, attornies, and paralegals. Audit federal funding - especially the American Rescue Fund, CARES, and Infrastructure funding to remove Caucasian power grabbers, and do-nothing gatekeepers that are African Americans, Latinos, Asians, and American Indians.
#3
To address lawmakers' reputations in Madison through media - Wisconsin Eye, Public Broadcasting, Channel 10, and Black Nouveau for starters - of the importance of providing state revenue streams for strengthening Milwaukee which is the "gateway" for Wisconsin.
#4
To address the best use of our tax dollars and the assessment for Milwaukee at federal-state-regional-local levels - A joint effort, especially education attainment and gainful employment.
#5
To share with the common council, mayor, city clerk, city attorney, comptroller, treasurer, and the three municipal judges our expectation of how they "MUST" view their Oath of Office for services from each elected individual.
LET'S GO.
