BEDFORD OH || LOS ANGELES, NEW YORK - Crisis housing is being shared through Evictions, Homelessness, and Transitions that include a growing number in the tens of thousands that end up in a HOMELESS status.

A NEW project is on the way with Mayor Karen Bass that is designed to bring the folks on the street into "MOTELS", then into permanent housing in Los Angeles.  

This was her pledge during her election Campaign.

Mayor Karen Bass reports 4-5 Angelenos dying per night from living on the streets.

The streets-tent cities-encampments have been identified as places where men, women, young adults, children, veterans, disabled, mentally ill, drug dependant, FULL-TIME workers live, victims of domestic violence, and unemployed individuals find themselves in huge numbers.

JURY TRIAL - Summons Ohio Revised Code

Due to the BIZARRE Conspiracy RETALIATORY EVICTION in Bedford, Ohio, the focal point for a NAMED DEFENDANT
challenged the wrongdoing of the plaintiffs, the judge's refusal to recognize the civil rights of the named defendant, the misconceptions (lies) of the husband/wife plaintiffs, the VIOLATION of the RULE of Law, and the vindictive actions of a couple who pretended to be LANDLORDS.

Section 1923.06 | Summons - service of process.

(B) Every summons issued under this section to recover residential premises shall contain the following language printed in a conspicuous manner: "A complaint to evict you has been filed with this court. No person shall be evicted unless the person's right to possession has ended and no person shall be evicted in retaliation for the exercise of the person's lawful rights. If you are depositing rent with the clerk of this court you shall continue to deposit such rent until the time of the court hearing. The failure to continue to deposit such rent may result in your eviction. You may request a trial by jury. You have the right to seek legal assistance. If you cannot afford a lawyer, you may contact your local legal aid or legal service office. If none is available, you may contact your local bar association."
