MILWAUKEE (MPA-LLC) || HIGHWAY 145/FOND DU LAC is one of the messages shared with the public square regarding the DISRESPECT shown by the Department of City Development and sponsored by Khalif Rainey, 7th District and Russell Stamper, 15th District.

Rainey and Stamper DISRESPECTED the Heirs/taxpayers by "exclusion" of the taxpayer to decide the type of MURAL message for ICONIC ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT for this historic corridor of infrastructure.   They failed their OATH.

Is your failure due to both of you transferring from Milwaukee County as members of the Board of SupervisorNO EXCUSE.

FOUNDATION REPAIR - HWY 145

Highway 145/Fond du lac has received residential, commercial, and special taxes for the FOUNDATION improvement of Highway 145 back around the year 2000.

During this time, due to improper - NO planning - the Amani and  Metcalfe small businesses suffered.  Some went out of business due lack of planning with entrepreneurs and neighborhood organizations to repair both sides of the HWY. 145 corridor - some were in business for 30 or more years - some NEW.

The SOO line and 30th Street Corridor were part of the HUD/CDBG funding sent to Milwaukee for neighborhoods.  Taxpayers were compromised by arbitrary and capricious interruptions of the Department of Public Works and the Department of City Development.

Mariano Schifalacqua, DPW was not willing to discuss and work with the small businesses along the Highway 145 designation.  His bad behavior resembled the decision-making of the same for destroying the Borchert Field/8th Street Interstate 43 homes of African Americans.

African Americans were hoodwinked and property stolen by elected-appointed-hired and donor-for-hire government representatives.

We invite Pete Buttigieg, Secretary of Transportation to the table of Heirs of Milwaukee for OVERSIGHT REPORTING and ACCOUNTABILITY OF OUR FEDERAL MONEY.
