WISCONSIN || DROPBOX INJUSTICE - The Wisconsin Supreme court adopted a literal interpretation of state law, finding that returning an absentee ballot to a municipal clerk “does not mean nor has it been historically understood to mean delivery to an unattended ballot drop box,” Justice Rebecca G. Bradley wrote for the majority.
State law allows absentee ballots to be returned in the mail; “ballot drop boxes, however, are not mailboxes,” Justice Bradley wrote.
Milwaukeeans and other Wisconsinites have an opportunity to listen and review how DONALD TRUMP continues to violate the law.
The January 6 Committee Vice Chair, Elizabeth Lynn Cheney (R) Wyoming, gave him a warning about tampering and intimidation. He continues to IGNORE and act as if he is ABOVE THE LAW.
It is time he receive penalties for his disobedience of our Constitutional laws.
Does this fit the bill?
