Growing monopoly-oligopoly takeover of resources (decade funding, real estate gifts, tax credits, tax increment financing, annual city budget, special grant funding, federal funding linked to city funding and support, etc.) and linked resolutions/laws has created ENDURING CONCENTRATED POVERTY and a condition of "ROT" in the city of Milwaukee.

MPA LLC has a NEW offering for the public square that centers on various topics of outrage and shock.  

Repeated funds withdrawal by elected-appointed-hired and donor-for-hire partnerships of resources of the city of Milwaukee coffers is OUT OF CONTROL.  

The predatory claims by departments, lead by Milwaukee Redevelopment Authority/Rocky Marcoux, other DCD projects/Martha Brown, Departments of Administration/Sharon Robinson, Department of Public Works/Ghassan Korban and Department of Neighborhood Services/Preston Cole, Employ Milwaukee-Big Step/Earl Buford under the strict authority of Tom Barrett - mayor have reached a level of judicial intervention and legislative oversight.  

Milwaukee Common Council is NOT without blame here.  

The 15-member council has allowed predatory siege of the city funding with a wink-and-nod and lack of leadership.  They have agreed to large and huge sums of resources with decade support without guarantees to Milwaukeeans - The CORE CONSTITUENTS.  Too often, ALDERPERSONS have been found leading the charge.

This is a WATERSHED -  TURNING POINT and "ACTION" moment.

Milwaukee Professionals Association will provide the information, however YOU the citizens must:

1. Call your alderperson AND the other alderpersons and let them know what is missing from your family's quality of life for sustainability.
2. Attend and send others to MPA LLC SMART Conversations.
3. Arrange block-neighborhood meetings.
4. Register to Vote.
5. Sign-up for social media, i.e, Facebook and Nextdoor.
6. Stay abreast of common council meetings on Channel 25.
7. Make Recommendations to your alderperson as well as the other 14 alderpeople.  You are not limited to just one because they ALL vote for resolutions and guidelines to be legal and enforced for the city of Milwaukee
8. Contact Rocky Marcoux, Martha Brown, Ghassan Khoban, Preston Cole, Sharon Robinson with specifics relative to their departments.  They have Tom Barrett's ear and his directives.
