| Merrick Garland - Candidate for Judge of the Supreme Court |
The Democrats, Independents, and Republicans that care about the Stench of WRONGDOING and the lasting scent in the public marketplace of what narrow-minded, gaming, and disrespectful acts by Mitch McConnell and other elected Republicans toward the review and vetting of President Barack Obama's designee for the open space in the Supreme Court, left by the death of Antonin Scalia, Supreme Court Judge. For many, many months, McConnell and gang obstructed and would not schedule hearings.
Those responsible for leadership, a society of democracy, must be reminded of the WRONG doing to Merrick Garland. This should include the seating of Merrick Garland.
Neil Gorsuch
There seem to be some extolling of Gorsuch by clerks, lawyers, professors in law schools, judges and elected officials that have Gorsuch "Walking on Water". However, we expect a thorough examination of this guy's background that covers:
- Women's issues
- HGBTQ issues
- Interruption of cases and not allowing them to proceed
- Writing or providing writings on cases that are inappropriate
- Partiality for law enforcement
- Bias toward African Americans
