Health Care Pre-existing conditions and exceptionally high costs were front and center for the many who spoke. One MPS teacher shared that a cap would be with the new insurance by Trump and Ryan that would end her insurance needs (it includes her 2 daughters who have the same genetic disease). She has medical needs of $15,000 per week. Yes. Per week. The new Ryan/Trump care would cap at a one-time $10,000. That would mean she would not have insurance and
The audience was primarily seniors, 50-65 years old, and Caucasians.
