Back Stories - Friends of Public Policy Dispatch Intro

APRIL 12, 2023

ANNOUNCEMENT

Friends of Public Policy

APRIL & MAY 2023

The world of EVICTION, also known as a forcible entry and detainer action, is a lawsuit filed by a landlord asking the court to remove a tenant from a rental property. – What can be done to ensure that elected, appointed, hired, and donor-for-hire members of public government are TASKED and held responsible for the safety and equal observance of the rules and regulations to make our townships, cities, counties, state, regional, and federal government is running properly for INCLUSIVENESS of all?

The Rule of Law and finely tuned public policies help guarantee less likelihood of torture due to “discrimination” and “poverty” under the leadership of those we elect.

Decision makers – those we elect, magistrates, and/or judges – have the OATH to HONOR when evaluating and instituting the awesome power and disruption of EVICTION to the People.

The three (3) branches of government – EXECUTIVE, LEGISLATIVE, JUDICIAL require strong CITIZENSHIP FROM THE People.

MILWAUKEE, WI || CONGRATULATIONS is in order for the opportunities of academic engagement for the many students and families that will benefit from Dr. Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy NEW site at Garfield and Vel Phillips Avenue, 6th Aldermanic District, BRONZEVILLE area in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

This is a new phase for Charter middle and high schools in Milwaukee under the authorization of Emeritus Dr. Howard Fuller.

"These children are our most precious gift from God," said Dr. Fuller.  "I want these kids to know that every day you walk into a building with my name on it you will be loved," he said. CLICK ON

WE SUPPORT WORTHY CAUSES

#1

There is much to be done to insert a NEW phase of Dr. Howard Fuller's Dreams.  He comes with BLACK OXYGEN, said Mary Glass.

"I have supported Dr. Howard Fuller, an academic visionary, esteemed leader, and activist,  dating back over 2 decades in the city of Milwaukee for the academic success of African American children and their parents in the public education arena", said Mary Glass, Chief Visionary Officer of Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC/MPA-LLC.

I like HOWARD FULLER'S raw truth.

I like HOWARD FULLER'S willingness to clean up behind and before himself.

I like   HOWARD FULLER'S seriousness about his people. Yeah. Yes.

LEARNFARE

Even though I supported Dr. Fuller's bids for other academic attempts within the neighborhoods, North Division, MATC, church schools, etc. I most notably recall the saga around LEARNFARE while I worked as the Director of Education for Learning Enterprise Charter School, 600 W. Walnut Street, Milwaukee, WI 53212 for students that were young welfare parents.  It was a partnership between Milwaukee Public Schools, Learning Enterprise. and the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Learning Enterprise was the leading Charter school spearheading the engagement of the WI Welfare Initiative to educate school-age students that were young parents.

#2

From the fertile roots of North Division high school of Milwaukee,  I can see the value of his utterances of training and how we have been fortunate to follow HOWARD in the marketplace driving forward his dreams of "charter schools" on a local and national level.

I am thrilled to see his "name" on the building and marketing wear to show wealth building and branding in the economic square.

Howard's legitimacy is etched in history with a pioneer named POLLY WILLIAMS, the Mother of Charter Schools, with the engagement of African American parents and their children receiving a quality public education.

She pushed for more black teachers and black paraprofessionals, believing that black educators would have a greater impact on black students. (A theory that research now supports.) She introduced legislation to redraw school board election district lines to increase black representation and give Hispanic voters a chance to elect a board member.

She also fought to keep the city’s court-ordered school desegregation plan from overburdening black families and decimating majority-black schools. Key tenets of the plan included closing inner-city schools, converting neighborhood schools into magnet schools, and busing students to achieve a racial balance. In each instance, black families were disproportionately impacted. Williams joined other community activists, including Howard Fuller, who would later become the Milwaukee Public Schools superintendent and subsequently an influential parental choice advocate, to mitigate that impact.

She supported Fuller’s bid to keep North Division High School (Fuller’s and Williams’s alma mater) from becoming a specialty school and displacing hundreds of black students. She introduced legislation to create a separate, majority-black school district, one where black educators and community leaders would have the resources and control to provide and decide what was best for black students and where more black students would be able to stay in neighborhood schools.

You GO HOWARD, know that we are supportive and inquisitive.

CEO MARCUS ROBINSON HAS HIS HANDS FULL WITH PUTTING GUARDRAILS FOR BEST PRACTICES FOR BUILDING HFCA $25 MILLION CAPITAL CAMPAIGN WHILE MAKING SURE THAT HIS REPUTATION IS GOLD SEALED IN "TRUST".

We will follow how Dr. Marcus Robinson and the Board Chairwoman Michele Nettles introduce the governance and performance of HOWARD FULLER COLLEGIATE ACADEMY.

MPA-LLC is acutely watching to see how involved Royal Capitol, Greater Milwaukee Foundation, Medical College of WI, and their branding/engagement team are.

What is the strategic plan for 29th & Capitol Drive with Goodwill Industries?  How about the mega federal funding - chip-american rescue plan-cares-infrastructure - to connect African Americans, other People of Color, and Work Challenged Milwaukeeans - Gen Z to Baby boomers?

MPA-LLC can see mega opportunities in the world marketplace and paradigm shifts among our parents and students.

With Smart Growth partnerships beginning with the proposed gift of $600K from Goodwill as an Impact Partnership, let's see how creative and excited your board can get with ways and means.
We also call upon those who are listed as your PARTNERS.

============

ORGANIZE. ORGANIZE. the consulting teams for private industry AI/Artificial Intelligence guidance.

For certain Goodwill should be happy to assist in the implementation since they have been re-booted and retrofitted from bankruptcy so many times with low-income funds from the federal government.  As a matter of fact, they took our money on 27th & North - North Avenue Commerce Center Phase I - information processing and a textile plant connected to Africa and Europe.

Goodwill owes the urban neighborhoods of Milwaukee for massive uses of federal funding through PIC/Private Industry Council, use of Phase One of the North Avenue Commerce Center for employment, training of promised information technology, and employment running a textile company connected to Africa and Europe. The textile space failed to engage the Amani-Metcalfe neighborhood stakeholders in the 15th District.

What's being done to hook up our students and overlooked adults in engineering and needed CHIP training for our GEN Z to baby boomers?

We must call upon those who are leading in the Artificial Intelligence arena for leadership at the municipal level, i.e., Delotte, KPMG, and Bank of America.

Why isn't this site earmarked for broadband Internet of Things?

2023 BUDGET TOWNHALL - OPEN HOUSE - MEET & GREET Meetings with crowded agendas is a plan meant to fail

September 28, 2022

The city of Milwaukee's MASSIVE BUDGET needs to be introduced and specific line items need to be EXPLAINED.  However, it must be in layman's terms with "common sense", "practicum", "academic" and resilient with step-by-step solutions for improvement.

The "BIG LIE" that comes to the table from the power grabbers, monopoly-oligopoly, lackey enablers for conflict of interest, and criminal thinkers found in our research about who is elected, appointed, hired, volunteered, and donor-for-hire government public servants must bee monitored.

                               Nik Kovac - Budget Director

The main speaker at any town hall, open house, meet-greet, and/or strategic planning session regarding the People's funds in each of its coffers should be Nik Kovac.

Kovac needs to explain to us WHY he wanted to be and became the city of Milwaukee Budget Director.

We simply must have credibility here.

Who does Kovac report to?

He is under the branch of Sharon Adams, Director of Administration?

CALL FOR ACTION

Nik Kovac, Budget Director,  should be sharing a unique plan tonight to help bring the neighborhoods of Enduring Concentrated Poverty and disinvestment - Aldermanic Districts 1, 2, 3, 5, 6-15 as well as a special explanation of the $billions being shared with Aldermanic District 4 - Bob Bauman (BID 10, 21 & 51, and the Port District) and coming to the forefront by 2025.

Update - 9-30-22

Given the massive takeover of the executive branch - CAVALIER JOHNSON - departments -

  • DCD/Department of City Development
  • DPW/Department of Public Works
  • DNS/Department of Neighborhood Services
  • NIDC/Neighborhood Improvement Development Corporation
  • Department of Fire & Police.
Our findings show WASTE, discretionary funding, PET PROJECTS (i.e., Michael Murphy projects), and fiscal irresponsibilities with the People's money.
=============
To have a neighborhood Budget meeting of
1 hour, with 7 speakers minimum about a  NEW administration - Cavalier Johnson and his budget director is IRRESPONSIBLE.

"Alderwoman Milele Coggs your promotion of this meeting speaks to a huge disappointment in your credibility.  Where is CC President Jose G Perez?  The members of the Common Council require due diligence in fiscal management",  said Mary Glass, Chief Researcher, Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC.

August 15, 2022, was a date shared by MILELE COGGS, Alderwoman District 6, and the Department of City Development as the last day to submit input for the BRONZEVILLE ARTS ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT OVERLAY.

CALL for Action - Milwaukee City and Supervisor Delegation

MILWAUKEE - It is the fourth month of the 2012 Leap year - a year with many, many phenomenal changes to come.

A year that the people have an opportunity to "lay-order" in the iconic city of Milwaukee.

It is time out for the swindling, bait-n-switch, smoke-n-mirrors, massive discrimination of People of Color, gambling with the future of Milwaukeeans, using force, demonizing and abuse to control, putting on airs, saying-one-thing but outsourcing the federal and large deposits of funds "earmarked to improve quality of life and economic development for Milwaukeeans, but channeled to non-Milwaukeeans and powerbrokers in deals behind the door.

It is time-out for our elected representatives to turn a blind eye and pass bills that they have not read but received a call to vote for.

It is time-out for the People of Milwaukee to "sit-on-their hands" by not voting out those YOU KNOW are not doing anything and have not done anything to raise the status of Milwaukee. We need more than "SEAT WARMERS" and individuals drawing a paycheck seeking a pension. Since they have no shame, let's remove them. If they are not removed, take stock and ridicule behavior in the public square.

For those representatives that we know have not honored their position, have not held up their end of Code of Conduct and manage to get through April 3, 2012, we must do the following:
-- turnup the heat on HIGH April 4, 2012 with expectations.
-- followed by federal scrutiny (each federal department that provide funding).
-- request "sanctions" where necessary to help ensure that "business-as-usual has no place."
-- post in the public square Code of Conduct of city and county representatives.
-- seek state legislation that mandate stricter ENFORCEMENT of use of funds.

If the Code of Conduct says they have been thinking that they are "entitled" to their seat without showing Code of Conduct that is in-line with the position held, transparency of use of the People's assets, specifics that build economic development at the neighborhood level for private enterprise, specifics that show that in their districts changes have been and are being made for improvement of quality of life and economic development; and, they are active at the neighborhood level for a ground up recovery with technology and education attainment connected to cerificates and degrees.

Any elected official that is found to "outsource" any city assets including the TIFs/Tax Increment Districts and providing critical mass to out-of-city and major power brokers without partnership deals that work with neighborhood businesses is grounds for public square ridicule for as long as necessary.
