FRIDAY, MARCH 18, 2022

The City of Milwaukee - ALDERMANIC DISTRICT 6 is under review 2020-2025 for use of federal funds from:
  • Housing and Urban Development/HUD
  • Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security/CARES
  • American Rescue Plan Act/ARPA
  • Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act FUNDS.
  • Other
The review is necessary to inform, enlighten, and connect residential, commercial, and industrial stakeholders-taxpayers of rights and responsibilities to SMART GROWTH resourcing related to federal funding.

Milwaukee Professionals Association/MPA-LLC provides an acute public policy focus for paradigm shifts and enhancement of African Americans, other People of Color, and Work
Challenged Milwaukeeans who live, work, create state-of-the-art schools, grow families, and ensure a budget framework in the city of Milwaukee 96.8 square miles.

MPA-LLC

PUSH. PUSH. PUSH campaign follows the federal funding and regular resources meant to empower the core constituents of the city of Milwaukee. District 6 has a number of projects earmarked for millions of dollars but lacks authorization of the core constituents per state statute 66.1001(4)(a), Missions and public policies.

BID 8 - BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The governing bodies within District 6 are being reviewed for any and all oversight and accountability - especially "conflict of interest" and "misuse" of funds for:
1). LEADERSHIP STAFF.
2)  RECONSTRUCTION.
3). NEW DEVELOPMENTS.
4). CHANGE OF GUARD.
5). NEIGHBORHOOD MEMBERSHIPS.

Much has taken place with the BOGUS authorization of the Department of City Development, Common Council committees, Common Council full vote WITHOUT the full legal consent of the neighborhood citizenry and State Statute 66.1001(4)(a).  Too many arbitrary
(CLICK photo to Enlargeand capricious decisions taken
through standing committees and full common council that speaks of DISTRUST.

Members of Business Improvement District 8/BID 8 need an audit that includes a bio of members, oath of office, term of office with annual review, training for officers and members (Robert Rules of Order), Mission, roles, and responsibilities. Board Members must live in the geographic boundaries of Aldermanic District 6 - BOARD MEMBERS NOT all business-related and NOT of one area of District 6.

Conflict of Interest
To remove Deshea Agee from any decision-making policies of BID 8 or any funding in/out of District 6 for the stakeholders, projects-programs as well as collaborations with Milele Coggs, Alderwoman-District 6, the Department of City Development, Milwaukee Common Council, and Bronzeville Advisory Committee. Review of ALL construction projects with Martin L. King Library and City-Central Library building projects.

             BUILDING FACTS
#1

First of all, a 3-year (2018-2021) Audit of funds used by BID 8 the last three years. An evaluation of BID 8 by Harambee, Halyard Park, 5 Points, Brewers Hill, and Hay Market as well as each neighborhood group within the district.

We must help those on the board to know their job and to do it.

It forces the core constituents to have accountability of the officers as well as themselves.  State Statute 66.1001(4)(a) is just the starter for ensuring SMART GROWTH.

President - James Phelps, JCP Construction, and vice president Ashely Booth, HNTB, must have sharp leadership values to share with their fellow member-boards and District 6 stakeholders, to be taken seriously.  To be TRUSTED.

Their credentials are to be reviewed and shared with the core constituents of Dist 6 with "Conflict of Interest" being monitored in decision making and personal business endeavors.

Joan Johnson, Sam McGovern-Rowen, Library Board CLICK

Martin  Luther King Library construction is led by the Milwaukee Public Library NEW Director Joan Johnson, Program Manager Sam McGovern-Rowen and library board.  Johnson and McGovern have failed to provide "good faith" and "ethical behavior" by hired staff and likewise appointed board members for Milwaukee - Board members include appointed Common Council alderpersons of Milwaukee, i.e., Milele Coggs of District 6.  Members/taxpayers were left out of "DESIGN", members of the construction team and final acceptance of the structure at 310 W. Locust AND 2947 N. Martin Luther King Drive.

Decision making by JOAN JOHNSON, Sam McGovern-Rowen and library board, DCD, Tom Barrett, Milele Coggs, common council was a BOGUS/arbitrary and capricious act that gave "Deshea Agee", 16-member Caucasian General Capital (Fox Point), Emim Group (Agee is Vice President), and cronies carte blanche of funding with their design that DESTROYED the design and name of our historic theater and OPPORTUNITIES INDUSTRIALIZATION CENTERS/OIC.  We can NOT afford this type of disrespect for African African history that erased with this THOUGHTLESS design.  When did the neighborhood constituents say YES to General Capital "all Caucasian" group?  As well as the ENDORSEMENT of Emim Group?  What say you BID 8 Board of Directors?

MPA-LLC for lengthy timeframes of 2018-2020 and recently have been DENIED public information by Sam McGovern-Rowen - this unacceptable behavior was included in the leadership of "Paula Kiely" (ex-director of Library system) working directly with  Tom Barrett, ex mayor.

Alderwoman Milele Coggs's involvement with 100% resolutions, her role on committees with biased decisions, and arbitrary and capricious decision making is "troublesome" and more and more seen as "inappropriate behavior" of a charter officer of the city of Milwaukee.

#4

The restoration of the American Black Holocaust has raised many questions of WHO? WHAT? WHEN? WHERE? HOW? around its funding, Caucasian influence, Mission, goals, lack of involvement of neighborhoods of District 6 (before closing and after opening now), involvement of African Americans - schools-parents-churches-fraternal organizations, African American academic scholars I.E., Dr. William Rogers, historic representatives I.E., Clayborn Benson, Brainstorming founders, other elected officers, and griot TEJU STORYTELLER - Dr. James Cameron was his mentor.  Why has he been FORCED OUT?

The domination of Alderwoman Milele Coggs and hand-picked individuals that have been given the leadership status and foundership that is NOT accurate for African Americans of Milwaukee who sought INCLUSION but DENIED.  Must be revisited by Dr. Robert Austin.

#5

Dr. Robert Austin, President has a REVISIT task to bring about the AWARENESS and uniqueness of African American platform socially and culturally.  Dr. Austin must be sure to prioritize the INCLUSION of our African American children in Milwaukee and "investigate" why TEJU has been EXCLUDED.

Dr. Martin L. King Library is up for creation, where is American Black Holocaust and Milwaukee Public Schools.

RAYNETTA HILL - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

DIANA WILKERSON - BUSINESS & OUTREACH COORDINATOR

The implementation of BID 8 staff Raynetta Hill and Diana Wilkerson requires a foundation of "Stamp for Gold Standard" in TRUST and District 6 Equity Inclusion of each census tract/zip code of Aldermanic District 6.  More neighborhood influence with old-new-urbanized residential, commercial, and industrial stakeholders on staff.

Removal of the prima facie dominance of the Department of City Development and Milele Coggs alderwoman - replace dominance with 100% leadership of core constituents of Aldermanic District 6.

Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC/MPA-LLC has been at the forefront of the discovery of how the charter officers of Milwaukee have chosen to use the funds of Milwaukeeans with Caucasian power grabbers, gatekeeping African Americans, and others consolidated with INTIMIDATION, DISCRIMINATION, SEGREGATION, GENTRIFICATION, and cronyism to maintain disparities.

More and more we see fraudulent acts by those elected, appointed, hired, and donor-for-hire government reps.  They have gone Hog Wildout of control.  We must exact due diligence through accountability.

We request an account of the American Rescue Plan Act, Infrastructure, and CARES funding used to fund BID 8 OLD and NEW.

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE FOR TO ENHANCE THE TAXPAYERS OF DISTRICT 6?
