MILWAUKEE || UW-MILWAUKEE takes millions and left African Americans, other People of Color, and Work Challenged core constituents in Milwaukee redlined and discriminated against. Jim Doyle Governor was on the way out of the door when he signed this bait-n-switch deal. Notice this was when city treasurer Spencer Coggs was at the state senator level, Jon Richards was Assemblyman, and Carlo Santiago was Chancellor.
Freshwater Science Caucasian-based project failed to include and recruit city of Milwaukee students to participate in the creation and growth of the Freshwater Science projects with Equity Inclusion.
