We often hear of banks and financial institutions making claims of the grandeur of investments, diversity of staff, and nuances of entrepreneurship in the public square. Too often that means creaming the stakeholders in the area with UW-Milwaukee, Marquette University and other higher education sites grant programs through the federal government.
The programs and/or initiatives are weighted with university staff and intern student employment rather than those of the CTI. Since Discrimination, though gaslighting and deceit of monopoly-oligopoly Caucasian groups with gatekeepers of Color, too often African Americans, other People of Color and Work Challenge stakeholders are left out.
