APRIL 12, 2018 - SMART SNAPSHOT - ALLIED & MILWAUKEE POLICE HARASSMENT to BLOCK TINN RESEARCHER

MILWAUKEE INTERMODAL STATION, 433 W. St. Paul Avenue, Milwaukee, WI  53202 || Allied Security staff calls Milwaukee Police (Officer Graber would not give the name of Allied staff - said he was, but did not) - 3 police on the scene - Officers Graber & Wagner talked the most.

Allied staff harassed Ms. Glass before by asking for her ticket shortly after arriving from Chicago morning trip a few days ago - "He saw me come in from Chicago bus, said Glass.

He also engaged in slanderous remarks with "Jesus" - a stranded passenger that Glass assisted monetarily to get back home to Chicago.  He told Jesus that "I was the woman everybody hated".  According to Jesus, the comments were volunteered -  He is the same Allied staff that called the Police today.

Officer Graber approached Researcher/Spokesperson - calling her by the name of "Mary" and asking her, "Why do you keep returning"?  

Ms. Glass asked that the officer (Graber) identify himself and respect her as a citizen and his position as an officer.

She stated that she was waiting for her ride.  It was time for the 12 Noon pickup.

Officer Graber misrepresented truth of ticket purchase by Researcher/Spokesperson, Mary Glass/Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC  - Glass showed April 12, 2018 morning baggage claim from Chicago, IL - Glass is Researcher for TINN - Team Internet - Net Neutrality BROADBAND Initiative for Underserved Users (a 3-year case study - Fiduciary & Internet-Friendly Customer Care).

Mary Glass leads the daily bi-city Intercity Probe about Amtrak and Greyhound.  Frequently requiring 2 ticket purchases for Amtrak and/or Greyhound.

The Probe has Intercity Transportation and the two (2) monopolies.  They are:

• AMTRAK &  GREYHOUND of Milwaukee Intermodal Center, 433 W. St. Paul, Milwaukee; and, 
• Chicago Amtrak, 25 South Canal Street, Chicago, IL 60606
• Chicago Greyhound, 630 W Harrison Street, Chicago, IL 60607

Graber stated second 3rd-party assertion, a "lie" that said Researcher Glass called "someone" a "slut".  He gave NO PERSON's name that said assertion OR who was called a "slut".

Untrue and seemingly a throw-in by Graber - again, wasting taxpayers money and furthering the DISTRUST of Milwaukee Police. 

Police engaged in a waste of Ms. Glass's time and "hearsay", failure to document the truth, use of threat (Amtrak & Greyhound would bar me from premises), grabbing baggage property without ask, touching researcher in an aggressive manner for baggage claim ticket - was told by Ms. Glass "not to put his hands on her" - baggage ticket he had seen shown before.

Officers Graber and Wagner lack of initial communication with a citizen to secure information is very POOR, trying to provoke hostility - extremely HIGH due to harassment and bias statements, lack of clarity and truthtelling for public relations and sensitivity gathering evidence extremely POOR.

Visit on April 12, 2018, Milwaukee Intermodal Center is seen as:

• Misuse of Taxpayers funds.
• Further bias behavior by Milwaukee Police Department, Allied, Colliers International and WISDOT.
• Conspiring with Allied to harass and obstruct civil-human-legal rights of Mary Glass as a USA citizen.  
• An attempt to obstruct 1 Amendment in Probe.
• Harassment that must be dealt with by Acting Milwaukee Chief Alphonzo Morales.
• Today's HARASSMENT and other two 2 calls by Allied Security is aided by the misbehavior of Milwaukee Police Department.
• Willie Lynch strategy - Continued use of African American to forge an obstruction against the TINN PROBE.
• Milwaukee Police engaging in PROFILING.
• Today's use of Allied Security administration, Pat Noonan, Collier International - Property Management, and WISDOT - ducking and dodging, is a violation of Glass civil rights led by 1st Amendment probe.
