MIDWEST AMERICA, MILWAUKEE, WI || MPA LLC Legacy Project was created through the leadership of Mary Glass, Chief Visionary Officer, to shine a BRIGHT light on hands-on activism to eradicate ECP/Enduring Concentrated Poverty in the city of Milwaukee that specifically target Milwaukeeans – AFRICAN-AMERICAN, LATINO, AMERICAN INDIAN, ASIA and the WORK CHALLENGED (incarcerated, veteran, disabled, retirees, college graduates, immigrants, and all races, and nationalities).
===============================
The demographics of CORE CONSTITUENTS are ¾ People of Color.
The Electorate of the city of Milwaukee is ¾ People of Color.
They are the BODY of PEOPLE that represents city charter owners and authority of the city coffers.
They are the ones that bring in federal $$millions for all capital projects.
They are the ones that bring state funding.
Yet, they are the ones that are the majority population in Enduring Concentrated Property.
They are LEFT OUT by design.
MPA LLC LEGACY PROJECT is ‘building a Tent for Transfiguration” through Neighborhood ART and SMART GROWTH strategic planning of the People.

Wikipedia
The CORE CONSTITUENTS/Milwaukeeans are living in Enduring Concentrated Poverty, have been targeted by politicians to win elections and/or gain favor with the privileged voters.
Societal discrimination in the employment market and education attainment go to the root of the disenfranchisement and a disproportionate number of the haves/Caucasians and have-nots/African American and other People of Color.
Milwaukeeans of Color have for generation-after-generation have been the target for segregation.
It has/is used by the privileged and divisive Caucasians to disenfranchise African American and other People of Color civil rights as citizens.
MPA LLC Legacy Project is being developed so that the taxpayers will be advocates for themselves in an organized manner of leadership and stewardship.
The necessities of gainful employment, affordable housing, public transportation, education attainment, information technology and neighborhood safety are top priorities.
We seek participation through two (2) initiatives. They are:
- MPA LLC MILWAUKEE ART in 10 NEIGHBORHOOD ART
- MPA LLC MKE ART LEGACY PROJECT will document the historic presence of the Art Initiatives.
