WI Act 55 (2015) is the 2015-17 biennial state budget.  There is a requirement in Act 55 that any students graduating from a Wisconsin high school (starting with the class of 2017) "takes a civics test comprised of 100 questions that are identical to the 100 questions that may be asked of an individual during the process of applying for U.S. citizenship by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and the pupil correctly answers at least 60 of those questions." (Section 3266R, 118.33(1m)(a)1.)

MILWAUKEE | Milwaukee Public Schools like all schools in Wisconsin is required to provide compliance in the Citizenship test.

MPA LLC  goes back to October 29, 2017, with a 3-person delegation of district strategists that visited the office of Michelle Wade - Social Studies Curriculum Specialist to connect with MPS and its role in providing training for students to pass the Civics test in 2017.

We have since returned more than twice by telephone to have no connection - voice mail and others but not Ms. Wade. The most recent contact this year from Ms. Wade's office was that we were to contact MPS Communication office.

Superintendent and MPS District Board
As of today, June 5, 2017, we have requested a Citizenship FOIA Report through the office of Dr. Darienne Driver - Superintendent and the District MPS Board.

More to come.
