10 Days of Mourning MADIBA - The Man, World Leader, Politician and Strategy Warrior

MADIBA | South Africa is in a 10-Day mourning for Utata Madiba, Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela.

President Nelson Rolhlahla Mandela passed on Thursday, December 5, 2013, at his home in South Africa.  Today is the Day in Mourning in churches across South Africa and the world.

President Barack Hussein Obama ordered that flags be flown at half-staff to honor this acclaimed Statesman.  The President, the first lady, Michelle, President Jimmy Carter and wife Roslyn, President George W. Bush and wife Laura and President Bill Clinton, wife Hillary and daughter Chelsea will attend the grand tribute in South Africa. 

Over the last three days, people across the world have stepped forward with tributes to a man name Madiba - Nelson Mandela.  Why?

I say because he managed to do what is so often talked about, written about, wished about, and lied about - honor, interity, wiseness and statesmanship.  Inspite of the odds placed on and in front of President Mandela, he managed to stand for what is in the  interest of justice  and to be eloquent in doing so.

Over the last three days, we have seen and heard many in awe.  
We hear many asking how he managed to not "hate" Caucasians - those who wrongfully treated him - stole assets of his country - killed so many - who took his freedom for 27 years - 10+10+7 years - his jailers.  The Keeper and Enforcers of Apartheid.

Rev. Jessie Jackson has a saying about being born/live in a place but not allowing it to consume the person.

Dear Madiba was in prison but he did not allow the dreadful two decades and seven years in prison to make him a prisoner and the rest of his life trapped by "hate".  A wise man that used integrity, common sense from experience, code of conduct, patience and strategic planning (tactics) to guide many of his successes while on planet Earth.  

Madiba's 10-Day tribute is the largest ever seen.
