We feel that the individual elected on April 5, 2022, will have many challenges to face due to the debris we have from the last 2 administrations of the 43rd and 44th mayors – John Olof Norquist (1988-2004) and Thomas Mark Barrett (2004-2021).

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day - John Lewis and Harris Wofford

DAY OF SERVICE

The national Martin Luther King Day of Service was started by former Pennsylvania U.S. Senator Harris Wofford and Atlanta Congressman John Lewis, who co-authored the King Holiday and Service Act.
The federal legislation challenges Americans to transform the King Holiday into a day of citizen action volunteer service in honor of Dr. King.
The federal legislation was signed into law by President Bill Clinton on August 23, 1994.
Since 1996, Wofford's former state office director, Todd Bernstein, has been directing the annual Greater Philadelphia King Day of Service, the largest event in the nation honoring Dr. King.

Remembering Harris Wofford

Harris Wofford’s death on Martin Luther King Day was fitting, even poetic. He was a pioneering champion of civil rights and national service. He inspired thousands of people to believe in and pursue big ideas, to serve causes larger than themselves. He was also a kind, curious, warm, thoughtful, and beloved friend I will sadly miss.

====================

On behalf of my fellow Milwaukeeans and my office, we extend the office of 200 E. Wells Street, Milwaukee, WI  53202, 2nd Floor, S. for the position of Mayor/CEO of our city - 96.8 square miles, 15 aldermanic districts.

The office of mayor requires a "truth-teller" wrapped in RESPECT for the residential, commercial, and industrial stakeholders, his/her self, the office of mayor, Oath of office, laws, an all-hands-on-deck cabinet and appointees to ensure the laws and members of committees, councils, boards, and advisory teams are accountable.

We expect our NEW mayor's agenda to Call for the Audit, the books of all funds (property tax supplemented funds, special revenue funds, and state aid) especially the American Rescue Plan Act, and the other Biden infrastructure federal funding.

Special attention is expected to RE-IMAGINE how our funds in the city of Milwaukee annual budget, HUD-City of Milwaukee Housing Authority-CDBG, contingency funding, Milwaukee Economic Development Corporation, Wisconsin Center District, tax increment districts, tourism and entertainment within 96.8 square miles.

Review the reasoning for the huge budgets for the Department of City Development,  Department of Public Works, Department of Neighborhood Services that support MMAC, Milwaukee 7, Greater Milwaukee Committee, and does nothing for 14 neighborhoods

Fact 1

We are entering our third year of Covid-19 Pandemic health concerns of coronavirus.  We have had over 10,000 deaths in Wisconsin. We have 800,000 and growing in America deaths.

Fact 2

Healthcare, safety (physical/mental/water/lead/environment) is priority.

MORE TO COME.

CITY OF MILWAUKEE ||  Twelve (12) individuals from the 15 aldermanic districts of  Milwaukee have signed up with the City Election Commission to run for mayor of Milwaukee.  This requires submitting 1500 acceptable petitions.  Candidate Ieshuh Griffin was the first to turn in the required 1500 petitions.  They will be certified for accuracy.

Milwaukee has 280,000 registered voters to date.

Candidate Diversity
The 12-member list has 5 females and 7 males. Five are African American - the largest People of Color electorate in Milwaukee.  Some have more name recognition than others. Some running to make a name for themselves. Some are presently in an elected position (state, county, and city) and an ex-alderman. The present acting mayor, city attorney, and county sheriff are running for selection.

The candidates have 4 more days to acquire the 1500 petitions by 5 pm Tuesday, January 11, 2022.

Impact Statement dictates a NEW leadership and trust model from the next Mayor in Milwaukee

IMPACT STATEMENT PREAMBLE - MPA-LLC

JANUARY 7, 2022

MILWAUKEE, WI || Milwaukee Professional Association LLC, an independent voice for public policy in the 96.8 square miles of the city of Milwaukee presents this report as the first phase of REWIND/REBOOT for ACCOUNTABILITY of our elected, appointed, hired, and donor-for-hire government representatives.

Impact statement

Today, January 7, 2022, is the beginning of an Impact Statement rooted in 4-part funding of the Biden/Harris administration and to provide guidance and enforcement to the NEW mayor coming to 200 E. Wells, Milwaukee, WI 53202 (second floor - south, Executive branch).

It speaks to every dollar of funding sent to the city of Milwaukee's coffers.

It calls on the office of Comptroller, Administration, Treasurer, Assessor, Budget, Finance and Personnel Committee, Common Council President, Common Council, and City Clerk's office (City Clerk, Deputy City Clerk &  Inspector General).

An audit is required from the direction of the NEW mayor and posted for Milwaukeean within the first 12 months.

An oversight committee created and a review of each committee member making decisions on behalf of Milwaukeeans to clean up positions NOT FILLED, the unacceptable performance of members - unfortunately, appointees are allowed lifetime position and lackadaisical performances. MEMBERS are rewarded for election and otherwise gifts.

MPA-LLC feels it promotes:

  • "conflict of interest"
  • cronyism
  • power grabbers
  • Caucasian dominance
  • DISCRIMINATION, and
  • monopoly-oligopoly wrongdoing.

======================

The 4-part federal funding promotes a SMART CITY growth model.

The 4-part starts with:

Today's Preamble will introduce more after April 5, 2022 - Election Time.

Fiduciary Rule for the executive, legislative, and judiciary Milwaukee, PART I Updated

JANUARY 3, 2022

MILWAUKEE || Milwaukeeans are busy signing petitions for the next mayor, it is mandatory that they lay the rules down that a NEW page in DECORUM for elected-appointed-hired, and donor-for-hire government representatives is a moral imperative that includes the FIDUCIARY RULE to lead with the removal of Caucasian power grabbers and monopoly-oligopoly groups in 96.8 square miles Milwaukee.

That We. the People - the Electorate/stakeholders demand transformative changes from the next mayor of Milwaukee.

City Hall

It’s extremely disappointing and most of all disheartening, that when anyone speaks up for real change they are somehow punished. In the throes of a civil rights movement, where communities of color and disenfranchised populations are calling for change, the Mayor decides to remove the City’s head of its civil rights commission. Why?," Ordonez said late Friday.  Click HERE.

Milwaukeeans must know their "city hall" business and be willing to REMOVE the danger that uses SEGREGATION, DISCRIMINATION, and pitting the "have-nots" against each other.

There are 6 points recommended by MPA-LLC (independent Voice for public policy customer services for Milwaukeeans of Color and Work Challenged) to take aim at.

They are:

  • accountable - ARPA, infrastructure funds & behavior
  • care - health & safety
  • internet access
  • smart growth
  • TRANSFORMATIVE
  • transparent
The FIDUCIARY RULE calls for accountability of those allowed by rules and regulations - basically "appointed" to ensure that Milwaukee - 96.8 square miles (15 aldermanic districts) stakeholders are protected with committees, boards, councils, etc. to assist elected officers to enforce the laws.
