Recently, Mr. Padre and Ms. Heidenreicht worked in a collaborative effort with parents, educators (Dr. Reshunda Stephen and Dr. Nat Godley), teachers, students, Mary Glass, Public Policy w/ Mary Glass & Company Talk Show, and Senator Lena Taylor, 4th District, Wisconsin to address recent outbreaks of racial slurs, classroom assignments negatively targeting African Americans and negative statements placed in African American files of student and not known by parents.
