WE encourage Citizen-Centered engagement, leadership and decision making. We value Principle-Centered Leadership that practices day-to-day Code of Conduct to maximize all government spending, respectful of civil-human-legal rights. It was created on June 3, 2010, with the thought that if I want it to be, it starts and end with me.
